Smart Kirana is METRO Wholesale’s initiative to transform old/closed format shop to open/modern format store resembling a supermarket. METRO will support customers in getting modern fixtures (like rack system, grain bins, modern cash counter etc.), POS device, credit facility, digital store application, planogram, merchandizing support & more to grow and sustain your business. On top of this, every month customers will get a Smart Kirana bonus proportional to their monthly purchase value from METRO (Purchase can be made from stores/ METRO Ecommerce App) as per the following eligible purchase criteria.

1. No High Value Sales (HVS) and till discounted sales will be considered
2. No sales from Oil, Ghee, Sugar, Liquor, Tobacco and Baby Food categories will be accounted
3. Maximum bonus per customer will be capped at Rs.10,000 per month
4. Bonus will be credited within 21st of every month
5. Bonus to be redeemed within 90 days from the day of credit else the bonus points will lapse
6. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this program shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated at Bangalore, Karnataka only
7. All bonus slabs/schemes are subject to change without notice.
