• In case of any disputes and discrepancies pertaining to of the Bandhan Elite Enrolment, the final decision-making onus shall rest with METRO and such decision shall be considered final and binding
• This membership is valid for only 12 months from the month of enrolment
• After expiry, the customer has 30 days to renew their Elite membership. In case not renewed, the customer will be downgraded, the Elite card must be returned to METRO and the customer will be issued a regular METRO card or download a METRO digital card
• All disputes shall be referred to and are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore
