Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point

HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety identified hazards in processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe. It can be used at all stages of food production and is widely recognised as the leading approach to ensuring food safety. In addition to being a certified HACCP, METRO provides its suppliers with HACCP training, ensuring that the entire supply chain is secured.
