The third edition of '
Young Chefs' Culinary Challenge’ is a unique competition for young professional chefs employed at leading hotels and free-standing restaurants. This exclusive challenge allows participants to showcase their culinary talents using the choicest of ingredients available at METRO Wholesale.
Participants will be judged by a panel comprising of top chefs and gourmets of the city and will be honored in a glitzy awards ceremony attended by senior professionals of the F&B and the Hospitality Industry.
This is the chance to showcase your creative culinary skills and taking a step towards making it big.

Visit of Food Lovers team, to inspect the readiness and meet with METRO team.

Visit of Participating Chefs (25-30) with their Executive Chefs – Store Familiarization.

Started in 2010, ‘Produce to Plate – Young Chefs’ Culinary Challenge’ is the first-ever culinary challenge for young chefs in India to showcase their talent.
YCCC is a unique competition exclusively for young professional chefs employed at leading hotels and free-standing restaurants. This competition allows participants to showcase their culinary talents using the choicest of ingredients available at METRO Wholesale.
It provides the chefs a platform to have their talent honored and recognized by the learned and experienced chefs of the industry, giving them a huge opportunity to grow further.
