METRO Chef-o-logy is an interactive platform where renowned chefs and food consultants, provide value-added services to the Hospitality industry on areas like thematic cuisine creation, food festivals and menu merchandising and knowledge sharing discussions.
As part of the Art India 2012 and 27th Aahar International Food & Hospitality Fair, held in March 2012, METRO organized the first-ever Chef-o-logy program in Delhi. This featured celebrity chef, restaurant consultant and food writer Shaun Kenworthy, who demonstrated various delicious, easy-to-make dishes for the audience at the event.
METRO and Culinary Art India also held Chefs Competitions showcasing live and display-based culinary competitions by individuals and teams from leading hotels and restaurants across the country. The competition was held across various categories including – Individual Artistic Display, Individual Cold Display, Practical Cooking competition, and was judged by the industry’s most experienced professionals.
