Your wait time at METRO billing counters is now over. In every store, we have dedicated billing counters for METRO Bandhan members. So, on your next visit to METRO, you can head directly towards the Gold Billing counters after making your purchases. Our associates will be ready to help you in your billing, free offer collection & security check at the exit. We endeavour to save your precious time by ensuring an express check out.

Dedicated Help line:

You no longer need to contact multiple representatives of METRO to resolve your queries. We present to you our Customer Care Number: 1860-266-2010. This number is the one point contact for your queries. You can reach this number between 9 AM and 9 PM. Only local call charges will apply for calling this number.

Exclusive Helpdesk Access:
Your Bandhan Membership entitles you to free access to the METRO Bandhan Helpdesk. METRO Bandhan Team will be happy to welcome you to this Helpdesk on your next visit. You can discuss your business development needs with the METRO Bandhan team.

Bandhan Bonus Program
This Bonus program entitles you to earn bonus rewards:

  • Up to 2% on your METRO purchases
  • The program is a monthly bonus* program
  • Bonus is applicable on your total monthly purchases**

The bonus payout per article will be capped at a maximum of 1,000 per month.

Above Bandhan Slabs are applicable across all stores.

* SPBT (Sales Price before Taxes) 
** Article level exclusion for Bandhan Bonus:- All liquor, tobacco & baby foods (Sugar purchases are considered for arriving at bonus slab – no bonus is applicable on sugar purchases).
On Oil & Ghee purchases, Bandhan bonus will be limited to 0.5%.

Bandhan Bonus is not applicable on any special/negotiated purchases or services; however it is applicable on regular Metro Mail offers. 
Bonus will not be applicable if the monthly purchases are less than Rs. 25,000 & 25 Unique articles.

Membership Criteria
How do you become a Bandhan member? It has to do with your purchasing patterns at METRO.
How you can become a METRO Bandhan Gold member:
  • Purchase at least 60,000 in 3 months
  • Purchase at least 25 unique articles in 3 months
  • Purchase every month for 3 months

*All the above criteria must be met over 3 consecutive months for a customer to be upgraded into Bandhan

Please note: The qualification criteria mentioned above are only indicative. Actual qualification for METRO Bandhan is at the sole discretion of METRO Cash & Carry India Pvt. Ltd. and can be changed without prior notice.

Once enrolled, to remain in the program, you need to purchase at least once in 3 months.

How will I know that I have been enrolled in the Gold program ?
You will be getting a call from our call center alongwith an SMS confirming you about your Gold membership. Additionally, on your next visit to the Metro Wholesale center, you will be informed by the Customer Entrance team about your enrolment in the Gold program and your current Metro card will be exchanged with a Gold Card.
