The Company welcomed Mr Udaiy Khanna, as the Director and Head of Human Resources. Mr Khanna was formerly associated with Samsung Electronics India as Vice-President & Head, Human Resources. He assumed office at the METRO corporate headquarters in Bangalore on February 28, 2017. An experienced leader in human resources management and talent acquisition, Udaiy is adept at managing change initiatives across broad and diverse employee bases for large organizations. In his 26 years’ experience, Mr Khanna has handled global HRM roles at various organizations for the last 15 years, which includes a stint with the erstwhile Bharti Wal-Mart India as VP-HR, Operations and Talent Acquisition. In the first 11 years of his working career, Mr Udaiy Khanna managed several facets of operations and sales, which lends him a holistic understanding of businesses. Mr Khanna is a graduate of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
