Terms & Conditions: 

• Bonus payout is only for Card holder level 1 Trader customers. All card holder level purchases (including purchases made on add-on cards) will be considered for bonus calculation
• *Max bonus payout is limited to Rs.7,500 per primary card holder per month
• **Purchase to be made per month (Both Sales & unique articles) to be eligible for Bandhan Bonus
• ***All Sugar, Oil, Ghee, Baby food, Liquor & Tobacco purchases are excluded from Bonus calculation. Please note that these are not considered for unique articles also
• Bonus is calculated only on SPBT (Sales price before taxes)
• Bandhan Bonus is applicable only on Cash & Carry purchases. It is not eligible for E-commerce, CC App, Manual order, Credit customers & cash on delivery purchases. Bandhan Bonus is not applicable to Smart Kirana customers
• Only shelf prices are considered for bonus calculation. Any high value sale (HVS) / Till Discount / Non-shelf price (HVS DNR) Sales are excluded from Bonus calculation
• Bonus Payout will be in the form of Metro store credit & can be utilized only on in-store purchases. Bonus will be credited within 15 working days after qualifying month’s completion
• Credited bonus to expire after 3 months of credit
• No interest will be paid by MCCIN in case of delay in payout
• If any amount is wrongly credited to customer’s, MCCIN shall first intimate the customers and wrong amount credited will be adjusted in next month’s payout
• MCCIN shall have sole discretion to terminate or cancel Bandhan program, without cause
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Program shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated at Bangalore, Karnataka only
• All Bonus slabs/schemes are subject to change without notice
