No, it is absolutely free.

The price benefit that we offer at METRO is large as we eliminate distribution costs by buying directly form manufacturers, farmers and other producers. Sourcing large quantities also provides us a price benefit that we are able to pass on to you.

3. How is Quality ensured at METRO?
METRO takes the initiative to train producers on international quality standards. Through maintaining a Cold chain and stringent quality checks our quality department ensures that you get quality products at all times.

4. Can I get all my supplies at METRO?
Yes definitely, with over 18000 articles across food and non food spread across 1,00,000 sq. ft. , our customers have the convenience of getting all their supplies under one roof.

5. Does METRO provide delivery solutions?
To keep the costs of articles as low as possible we do not offer free delivery. However to help you with the delivery of your purchases METRO has partnered with Relogistics. There are various transport solutions at competitive rates that you can avail of at the delivery counter at our distribution centres.

6. What are the payment options at METRO?
Being a Cash & Carry customers pick up their articles and pay in cash. This enables us to minimise costs and pass on the benefit to our customers. It also gives our customers the freedom to choose the best assortment for their business.

7. What guarantee does METRO offer?
All products at our distribution centres come with a METRO guarantee. In addition to the guarantee, only METRO provides an option to exchange or take the money back within 7 days if a customer is unhappy with a product.
