Present your business
license and your Photo ID along with a copy at the
Distribution Centre.
| (Value Added Tax Registration (VAT), Central Sales Tax, Excise license, Service/ Professional tax, Shops & Establishments registration (Labour License), Health/Trade (Corporation) License, Liquor license, Food license (PFA), Drug license, Weight & Measures license, Government fair Price shop, Kerosene license, Registrar of Cooperative societies, Gas agency license, Electricity board contractor license, Small scale industries license, Licenses issued by Reserve Bank of India, License issued under essential commodities act (selling pesticides, agro seeds), Entertainment license.). |

In the case of Service Tax / Professional Tax, certain categories of customers cannot be registered such as:
"individual lawyers, chartered accountants, real estate agents, phone booth operators, cable operators, Architects, Detective Agencies, Forex Dealers, Pawn Brokers, and doctors".

Only practicing Doctors with their own clinic / nursing home can be registered. |

In case of proprietorship firm, a self declaration is needed declaring that the person is proprietor of the firm and purchases are for their business purposes. For the rest, a declaration by the authorized signatory stating that the purchases are for their business purpose and also an authorization letter on their letterhead to issue card in the name of the person so authorized along with his designation.
